Arigatou Nozawa Onsen

Little did we realise that a ski trip to Japan a couple of years ago would be thebeginnings of a love affair with the tiny mountain village of Nozawa Onsen. Most Australians tend to head to the north end of Japan but we were attracted to Nozawa's closeness to Tokyo which means that precious ski time, on the most amazing snow, is not wasted. If you've only got a few days to ski it's definitely the way to go. The snow conditions on our previous trips surpassed expectations. We experienced the most incredible snow and there is terrain to suit all abilities. We are preparing for our fourth trip there this season and can't wait!

We hope this love affair is a long one.
